Can I track the rental of my apartment?
Of course, as the owner, you have an insight into everything, including communication with guests, payment and post-booking evaluation.
What should I do in case of property damage?
In case of any damage caused by a guest, our cleaning staff promptly reports it to us. We then file a complaint with the appropriate authority, which deducts the amount from the guest's bill. We take care of the necessary repairs and equipment replacement.
Who handles the compensation process if a guest has caused damage to my property?
We manage the compensation process through an accommodation intermediary platform. Currently, our compensation rate is 100%.
Can I stay in my apartment as well?
Of course, as you are the owner, but you need to check in advance if there are no reservations for that day.
